Len Halascsak
The lead instructor and owner of Line of Defense, LLC is Len Halascsak, a retired sergeant and SWAT officer with the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office (Indiana), who has over 20 years of experience training police officers and civilians in the use of firearms, deadly force, and tactics. With instructor certifications from the NRA , USCCA, and through the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy since 1999, Len is one of the most qualified firearms instructor you will find in central Indiana. Len also has extensive experience with active shooter response training for police officers and private security teams, including force-on-force scenarios.

Lenny Halascsak
Range Safety Officer/Instructor Assistant
Lenny Halascsak is a hunter, competition shooter, and firearms enthusiast. He has been hunting for over 10 years and participating in a variety of firearms competitions, including IDPA and high power rifle. Lenny is a certified NRA Range Safety Officer and has worked as an assistant instructor and RSO for three years. Lenny also assists Line of Defense, LLC with active shooter training for security teams.
