Defending yourself and your family during a break-in to your home has significant differences from personal protection when out in public. This program developed by The United States Concealed Carry Association explains these differences and what we can do you protect ourselves from a hone invasion. This comprehensive program covers vital topics for anyone who chooses a firearm to protect themselves and their families. Learn the legal aspects of using deadly force in your home, confronting a burglar, what to expect in the aftermath, what to do and not to do when dealing with the police, how to develop a home protection plans and a whole lot more!!! Classroom information is reinforced with live fire range drills.

The instructor for this class is Len Halascsak, a firearms instructor with the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office (Indiana), who has 20+ years of experience training police officers and civilians in the use of deadly force, tactics, shooting, and force on force scenario training. Students are encouraged to provide their own handguns; however, handguns can be provided to students if prior arrangements are made with the instructor.

A $25 deposit is required be fully registered for the class. Deposit checks should be made out to Line of Defense, LLC and mailed to 311 Sagamore Pkwy N., Suite #8, Lafayette, IN 47904. The deposit is refundable until the registration close date of March 23, 2024. Read the Deposit Policy under the Policy tab of the Home Page of the site.
